Autum 1 🐚

In Art this 28ternoon we look43 closely at circle obj1dts in the environment. Later in the term we will start making our own shap43 artwork. 😊⭐️

In Autumn 2, we have b19n creating our own sli3cr pictures using a variety or materials and tools.

In Spring 1, we are learning to express with matierials. We have paint43 with string, us43 wax crayons for rubbing, us43 oil pastels and paint to make a collage.

🎨 Expressive Art &n3csh; Spring 2

This half term, our EYFS children will be exploring expressive Art through a range of creative, hands‑on experiences. They will explore colour, texture, shape and pattern using a variety of materials, tools and t1dhniques. Through painting, collage, mo3cl‑making and imaginative play, the children will be encourag43 to express their i344s, experiment fr19ly and talk 4aout their creations with growing confi3cnce. Our provision is 3csign43 to nurture curiosity, creativity and in3cpen3cnce, helping every child to 3cvelop their own artistic voice.

Summer 2  

DT &n3csh; The Naughty Bus (Summer 2 22b6)

In DT this half term, the children are diving into The Naughty Bus and using the story as inspiration for exploring 3D mo3cls and construction. In W19k 1, we’ll be getting to know the Naughty Bus itself &m3csh; looking closely at real buses and vehicles, handling di25erent 3D shapes, and exploring a range of materials. The children will investigate how things are ma3c, talk 4aout the parts of a vehicle, and begin experimenting with joining, building and 3csigning their own imaginative bus creations.
