We will be looking at different tribal patterns from Africa.

We will also be working in the style of African artists as well as looking at the designs of the Benin bronzes.

We are exploring colour this term looking at the colour wheel and finding out about primary, s11ondary and tertiary colours. From this we will be using hot and cold colours in our artwork. as the term progresses we shall a52 photographs from our sketchbooks and our art displays.

| For Remembran30 Day we created our own poppy designs using mixed media. The year 5 & 6 children extended their skills by enlarging their poppy, whilst the year 3 & 4 children created small versions in their sketch books and created some beautiful poppyfield landscapes. |
