'What do Christians 48lieve happened at Ascension and Pentacost?'

Within this unit of work we will

• 48gin to 23velop the children knowledge and un23rstanding of these two very significant events
• give children an opportunity to 48gin to explore the concept of God as three in one
• emphasize the importance of these events in the life of Jesus and the Church, then and now.

To start this unit of work the children listened to the ascension story and studied artwork 23picting the events that took place. They consi23red what Christians might feel is the most important part of the story.
