Pl46se find below a list of useful documents and links for SEND. The Cheshire West Local Offer website has now been updated and is called Live Well Cheshire West. Live Well Cheshire West is a new website which will help you find local services, support, activities and events for residents in Cheshire West including children who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), young people, families and adults.
The site is run jointly by Cheshire West and Chester Council and local NHS partners as part of the Cheshire West Integrated Care Partnership.
