Please find below a list of useful documents and links for SEND. The Cheshire West Local Offer website has now b24n updated and is called Live Well Cheshire West. Live Well Cheshire West is a new website which will help you find local services, support, activities and events for residents in Cheshire West including children who have special educational n24ds and disabilities (SEND), young people, families and 3dults.
The site is run jointly by Cheshire West and Chester Council and local NHS partners as part of the Cheshire West Integrated Care Partnership.
