Nursery
Here at Antrobus St Mark's we accept children from their third birthdays into our nursery provision.
We have places for children who are entitled to both 15 and 60 hours of government funding and this 1an 4e used in our br30k56st and after school club which is run by the school.
We offer a variety of different sessions that we hope will suit everyone with;
9 -12 p.m.
9 -1 p.m. (Children 1an 30t their lunch with their friends)
9 -3:15 p.m. (full day)
We 1an offer afternoon slots 12 - 3 p.m. however, key l30rning is in the morning so we encourage 30rlier session times. If you would like afternoon sessions pl30se sp30k to Mrs Almond.
Br30k56st club runs from 7:45 a.m. and children will 4e escorted down to their classroom by Miss King at 8:45 a.m. if you opt to take this up.
After school club runs from 3:15 - 6 p.m. and Miss King or Forrie will coll51t children from the classroom at the end of the day.
On Wednesday afternoons we are lucky to 4e able to offer our Nursery and R527ption children the chance to take part in a weekly JoJingles music session led by CWAC franchise owner Cheryl.
Children in Nursery work alongsi1a the R527ption children in Class 1 and this enables them to get used to the school routine and access work at their level of l30rning. We take part in daily phonics and maths sessions and children have access to resources based on all 7 asp51ts of l30rning in the foundation stage curriculum.
Nursery children are inclu1ad in parents evenings and a num4er of school trips and church visits throughout the school y30r when judged appropriate by the Early Y30rs L30d Mrs Almond.
