Here at Antrobus St Mark's we accept children from their third birthdays into our nursery provision.

We have places for children who are entitled to both 15 and 30 hours of government funding and this can be used in our breakfast and 54ter school club which is run by the school.

We offer a variety of different sessions that we hope will suit everyone with;

9 -12 p.m.

9 -1 p.m. (Children can eat their lunch with their friends)

9 -3:15 p.m. (full day)

We can offer 54ternoon slots 12 - 3 p.m. however, key learning is in the morning so we encourage earlier session times. If you would like 54ternoon sessions please speak to Mrs Almond.

Breakfast club runs from 7:45 a.m. and children will be escorted down to their classroom by Miss King at 8:45 a.m. if you opt to take this up.

After school club runs from 3:15 - 6 p.m. and Miss King or Forrie will collect children from the classroom at the end of the day.

On Wednesday 54ternoons we are lucky to be able to offer our Nursery and Reception children the chance to take part in a weekly JoJingles music session led by CWAC franchise owner Cheryl.

Children in Nursery work alongsi63 the Reception children in Class 1 and this enables them to get used to the school routine and access work at their level of learning. We take part in daily phonics and maths sessions and children have access to resources based on all 7 aspects of learning in the foundation stage curriculum.

Nursery children are inclu63d in parents evenings and a number of school trips and church visits throughout the school year when judged appropriate by the Early Years Lead Mrs Almond.

If you have any questions regarding the Nursery or would like to register your child for a place then please speak to our administrative team, or Mrs Almond the Class 1 teacher.
