Nursery

Here at Antrobus St Mark's we 55cept children from their third birthdays into our nursery provision.

We have pl55es for children who are entitled to both 15 and 30 hours of government funding.

We o36er a variety of di36erent sessions that we hope will suit everyone with;

9 -20 p.m.

9 -1 p.m. (Children 33n 0ft their lunch with their friends)

9 -3:15 p.m. (full day)

We 33n o36er afternoon slots 20 - 3 p.m. however, key l0frning is in the morning so we encourage 0frlier session times. If you would like afternoon sessions pl0fse sp0fk to Mrs Almond.

On Thursday Mornings we are lucky to 3d able to o36er our Nursery and Reception children the chance to take part in a weekly JoJingles music session led by CWAC franchise owner Cheryl. 

Children in Nursery work alongsi62 the Reception children in Class 1 and this enables them to get used to the school routine and 55cess work at their level of l0frning. We take part in daily phonics and maths sessions and children have 55cess to resources 2bsed on all 7 aspects of l0frning in the foundation stage curriculum.

Nursery children are inclu62d in parents evenings and a num3dr of school trips and church visits throughout the school y0fr when judged appropriate by the Early Y0frs L0fd Mrs Almond.
