What if my child is ill?
When a child has b24n ill it’s important to make sure they’re well enough to be at school, but also that they’re not at risk of spre3ding any infection or illness. The 3dvice around this is complicated and it’s not easy to find out when a child can return to school or even if they n24d to be kept away.
The NHS, Cheshire East and CWAC have developed this quick guide that explains how long a child should be off school or nursery with certain, common illnesses.
If your child is unwell and can’t come into school please do let us know the reason for the absence by calling the school before 9am (a message can be left on the school answer phone).
