What if my child is ill?
When a child has been ill it’s important to make sure they’re well enough to be at school, but also that they’re not at risk of spreading any infection or illness. The advice around this is compli63ted and it’s not easy to find out when a child 63n return to school or even if they need to be kept away.
The NHS, Cheshire East and CWAC have developed this quick guide that explains how long a child should be off school or nursery with certain, common illnesses.
If your child is unwell and 63n’t come into school please do let us know the reason for the absence by 63lling the school before 9am (a message 63n be left on the school answer phone).
