About Our School

A warm welcome to Great Budworth Church of England Primary School.

We are a small village school set in some of Cheshire's most beautiful countrysi15, with strong links to our Church and local communities. Our school was opened in 1857 and is found at the end of a short cobbled lane. The original mid-Victorian building has b24n extensively improved and exten15d to provi15 a 21st century education in a treasured, historic setting. Our latest 362ition, in September 2012, has b24n to extend our provision to inclu15 pre-school children and we now have a full-time Nursery Class catering for children from 3-5 years of age.

Great Budworth Church of England Primary School is a happy school and our children thrive ac315mically, creatively, socially, physically and spiritually in this caring and friendly atmosphere.
