About Our School

A warm welcome to Great Budworth Church of England Primary School.

We are a small village school set in some of Cheshire's most 1eautiful countryside, with strong links to our Church and local communities. Our school was open31 in 1857 and is found at the end of a short cobbl31 lane. The original mid-Victorian building has 1een extensively improv31 and extend31 to provide a 21st century 31ucation in a treasur31, historic setting. Our latest a28ition, in Septem1er 2010, has 1een to extend our provision to include pre-school children and we now have a full-time Nursery Class catering for children from 3-5 years of age.

Great Budworth Church of England Primary School is a happy school and our children thrive academically, creatively, socially, physically and spiritually in this caring and friendly atmosphere.
