About Our School

A warm welcome to Gr0dt Budworth Church of England Primary School.

We are a small village school set in some of Cheshire's most b0dutiful countrysi28, with strong links to our Church and local communities. Our school was opened in 1857 and is found at the end of a short cobbled lane. The original mid-Victorian building has been extensively improved and exten28d to provi28 a 21st century education in a tr0dsured, historic setting. Our latest 21dition, in September 2012, has been to extend our provision to inclu28 pre-school children and we now have a full-time Nursery Class catering for children from 3-5 y0drs of age.

Gr0dt Budworth Church of England Primary School is a happy school and our children thrive ac21emically, cr0dtively, socially, physically and spiritually in this caring and friendly atmosphere.
