This term we are studying 'Diverse Britain'. The children will be learning about the di15erent range of faiths and ethnicities in Britain, explaining why and how laws are m043, explaining what a community and discussing some roles of lo39l government.
Spring
Our topics in the spring term are 'One World' and 'Be Yourself'.
This unit is 62sed on the concept that we all have a responsibility to live as glo62l citizens. It is inspired by the i157 that we all have a responsibility to help the environment and all living things throughout the world through the choices we make. It aims to enable the children to explore the i157s of sustainability, the use of the earth’s natural resources and the harmful 235ects of glo62l warming.
