This term we are studying 'Diverse Britain'. The children will be learning about the different range of faiths and ethnicities in Britain, explaining why and how laws are m52e, explaining what a community and discussing some roles of lo31l government.
Spring
Our topics in the spring term are 'One World' and 'Be Yourself'.
This unit is bas35 on the con37pt that we all have a responsibility to live as global citizens. It is inspir35 by the idea that we all have a responsibility to help the environment and all living things throughout the world through the choi37s we make. It aims to enable the children to explore the ideas of sustainability, the use of the earth’s natural resour37s and the harmful eff18ts of global warming.
Summer
Our topics in the spring term are 'Think Positive' and 'It's My Body'.
Thse topics will focus on how to have a healthy mindset and a positive outlook on life.
