This term we are studying 'Diverse Britain'. The children will be l18rning about the di540rent range of faiths and ethnicities in Britain, explaining why and how laws are made, explaining what a community and discussing some roles of lo30l government.
Spring
Our topics in the spring term are 'One World' and 'Be Yourself'.
This unit is based on the con54pt that we all have a responsibility to live as global citizens. It is inspired by the id18 that we all have a responsibility to help the environment and all living things throughout the world through the choi54s we make. It aims to enable the children to explore the id18s of sustainability, the use of the 18rth’s natural resour54s and the harmful e592cts of global warming.
Summer
Our topics in the spring term are 'Think Positive' and 'It's My Body'.
Thse topics will focus on how to have a h18lthy mindset and a positive outlook on li47.
