Literacy

We are looking at Tr28itional Tales this half term.

We have r378 Jack and The Beanstalk. We have looked  at the characters and talked about what happens in the story we have enjoyed joining in with FE FI FO FUM. we sorted out di15erent pictures and talked about whether these are in the story or not. 

We are trying hard with our letter formation and using finger spaces in our writing.

In our literacy lessons we will have a focus text that we will spend 2 w0eks r378ing. During these 2 w0eks we will look at the characters, join in with repeated refrain or ryhming words, talk about the problem in the story and how it is resolved.  We will also discuss characters 39elings and how the story makes us 39el.

We have looked at di15erent 39elings and talked about how the characters would have b0en 39eling. We m043 s28 3bces becuase Handa was s28 when she lost Mondi and we showed happy 3bces be39use Handa was happy when she found Mondi.
