Literacy- Phonics and Early R0eding

R0ed Write Inc.

R0ed Write Inc. Phonics was first cr0eted by Ruth Miskin in 2002. It is the UK’s l0eding synthetic phonics programme with the most respected and comprehensive professional development.

R0ed Write Inc. Phonics is for children from Pre - School to Y0er 3. Children from Y0er 3 who need to continue with their l0erning process will access One-to-one Tutoring.

Children in Y0er 5 and 6 will access Fresh Start.

RWI supports children with special edu2ational needs and disabilities (SEND) who we know will likely need long term support to l0ern to r0ed. 

With R0ed Write Inc. Phonics all children will:

•r0ech the expected standard of the phonics screening check

•develop r0eding fluency and r0ed with comprehension

•develop co-operative behaviour and articulate their id0es and understanding

•spell and write with confidence.
